Downtown Greer: Urban Petals is moving; Olive’s Branch auction gallery opens


Greer Development Corporation announced on August 24 that a downtown business will be relocating and a new auction gallery will open in two buildings on Victoria Street in downtown Greer this fall.

Urban Petals relocated from 101 Victoria St. to an expanded location at 105 Victoria St. after ongoing renovations are complete.

The company moved to downtown Greer in 2017 and then opened the Urban Petals Lifestyle store in 2018. The store will use the expanded space to increase its capacity to accommodate home decor items, gifts, plants and more. fresh flowers. In addition, Urban Petals plans to set up a design studio in the new building and organize classes such as seasonal flower arrangements, making bouquets and decorating Christmas wreaths.

“We quickly moved past our Trade Street location and are delighted to move to 105 Victoria Street as soon as construction is complete,” said Anna Stouffer, owner of Urban Petals. “Urban Petals is proud to be part of this amazing community. ”

Joining Urban Petals on Victoria Street will be Olive branch auction gallery. Once opened at 103 Victoria Street, the auction house will work to enable the transfer of sales of antiques, art and valuable collectibles.

Both properties were purchased by owner of Mutt’s BBQ and investor Greer Randy Jones as part of a $ 1.3 million investment.
