Our practice primarily serves institutions of higher education, municipalities, government, and affordable housing providers. We are looking for a talented individual who can work independently and as part of a team while using the latest digital modeling technologies. Our work encompasses a diverse combination of renovation, historic preservation and new construction on a variety of building types that include iconic modernist masterpieces and registered historic monuments. If you are interested in being involved from the pre-planning phase to the checklist phase of a project, you will be exposed to an unparalleled learning experience.

Core skills and education levels required:

Must have superior skills in Revit

Minimum BARCH or MARCH diploma

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work in a team with colleagues, consultants and clients

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

Excellent presentation skills; proficiency in Adobe In-Design and Photoshop is a plus

The ability to establish and maintain schedules of deliverables

Sense of humor
